At CACTi PCs, we stand by the craftsmanship of our custom builds and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all hardware. If your rig doesn't meet your performance expectations, we are committed to making it right through a return or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and technical details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Your Hardware

  Carefully pack the PC in its original double-walled box with the internal expanding foam to protect delicate components during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Lab

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized courier location for secure transport to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will perform a diagnostic check to verify components, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
